All withdrawal requests require completed Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Players must submit valid government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership. 88hz reserves the right to request additional documentation where required by its compliance obligations.

The 88hz Platform is strictly available to individuals who are aged 21 years or older. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you meet this minimum age requirement. 88hz operates a zero-tolerance policy in respect of underage gambling. Where 88hz discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending a formal age verification review.
To open an account with 88hz, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to keep this information updated at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Each individual is permitted to maintain one 88hz account only. The operation of multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, payment details, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. 88hz employs automated detection systems to identify multiple account usage. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 88hz reserves the right to:
88hz accounts may only be registered and used by natural persons acting in a personal capacity. Registrations made on behalf of corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities are not permitted.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88hz account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 88hz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
As part of its regulatory obligations, 88hz is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, prior to the release of bonus funds. You agree to provide, upon request, the following documentation:
88hz aims to complete KYC verification within 48 hours of receipt of all required documents. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to completed verification will be held pending completion of the verification process. 88hz shall not be liable for any delay in withdrawals attributable to incomplete or unsatisfactory documentation submitted by the Player.

88hz accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 88hz does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 88hz accepts no responsibility.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the 88hz cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and player account tier. VIP players may be eligible for enhanced limits as detailed in the VIP programme terms.
Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed on the same business day, subject to completion of routine security checks. 88hz targets same-day processing but does not guarantee specific delivery timeframes, as final receipt of funds is subject to the processing times of the receiving financial institution. 88hz reserves the right to carry out additional security verification before processing any withdrawal request.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the 88hz account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Winnings derived solely from bonus funds or free spins remain subject to applicable wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met. Refer to Section 5 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.
All bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, cashback awards, and VIP rewards issued by 88hz are subject to these general conditions and any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of a conflict between the general conditions in this section and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms at the time of issue. Wagering contributions from different game types may vary — slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion.
All bonuses have an expiry period, which is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been wagered to the required level within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the Player's account without notice.

Where 88hz determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void all bonus balances, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account.
Players may only hold one active bonus at any time. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus remains active and unwagered may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus. Players are advised to read individual promotion terms carefully before opting in.
All casino games available on the 88hz Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently audited to confirm that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be influenced by any party, including 88hz itself. Sports betting odds are set by 88hz's trading team and are subject to change without notice prior to bet acceptance.
A bet is not considered accepted until a bet reference number has been issued by the 88hz system and confirmed on screen. 88hz reserves the right to decline any bet at its discretion, including in circumstances where the Platform suspects a system error, where odds have been published incorrectly, or where bet acceptance would exceed applicable liability limits.
88hz reserves the right to void any bet where it can demonstrate that the bet was accepted due to a technical malfunction, an obvious odds error, or a data feed failure. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account. Winnings generated from void bets will not be honoured.
In the event that a Player's internet connection is interrupted during gameplay, 88hz's servers will continue to process the game round in progress in accordance with the game's rules. The result of the game round will be reflected in the Player's account balance upon reconnection. 88hz is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a Player's connectivity issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88hz, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
88hz's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in this section limits 88hz's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your 88hz account at any time by contacting the support team via the details provided on the Platform. Prior to account closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
88hz reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, suspected fraud or money laundering, abusive behaviour directed at Platform staff, or where 88hz is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
Upon account termination by 88hz for a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a material breach, 88hz reserves the right to forfeit the balance as compensation for losses or administrative costs incurred. Where no breach is substantiated, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 88hz holds its international gaming licence. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from these Terms.
In the event of a dispute between you and 88hz regarding any aspect of your account or a transaction on the Platform, you should in the first instance contact the 88hz support team via email at [email protected]. 88hz aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 88hz's licensing authority.
These Terms have been prepared in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
